Refund Policy

1. Digital goods
Everything we sell is a digital download available right after payment. There is no physical shipping. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, refunds work differently from a physical-goods store.
2. When you can get a refund
You can get a refund only for a product whose files you have not downloaded yet, and only within the refund window of the payment method you used. Refunds are processed through PayNow, our payment provider, back to your original payment method; how long the money takes to arrive depends on that method.
3. After you download
Once any file of a product has been downloaded, that purchase is final and cannot be refunded.
4. Defective files
If a file is broken, corrupted or clearly different from its product page, tell us and we will fix it or give you a replacement file. Updates are free, so you always get the latest version from your account.
5. What isn't covered
No refund is given for a product you have already downloaded, including for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or compatibility problems with mods, plugins or server setups the product page doesn't list.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or message us on Discord (https://discord.gg/5sZqDu7HhN) with your order number. We aim to reply within a few business days.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and access
When a payment is refunded or charged back, access to the products in that order is removed automatically. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider, as we can usually solve a genuine problem faster.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
