1. Who we are and acceptance
Erocavontic Store (store.erocavontic.net) is operated by EROCA VONTIC CREATION CO.,LTD. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Thailand (registration no. 0835566046943), head office at 63 Sirirat Rd., Patong, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
2. What we sell
We sell digital Minecraft assets (models, cosmetics, furniture, textures, maps and HUD content) from our studio and our partner brands (Erocavontic, Turtle Pixels and 1Bit). They are delivered as downloadable files; nothing is shipped physically.
3. Accounts
You need an account to buy. You can sign up with an email and password or with Discord. You must be old enough to make purchases where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised.
4. Orders and payment
Payments are processed by PayNow (paynow.gg), our payment provider and Merchant of Record: PayNow is the seller of record for your payment, charges your payment method, issues your receipt and handles applicable sales taxes, and its own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are listed in US dollars; PayNow may show the total in your local currency and add tax at checkout. Your order is complete once PayNow confirms the payment. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an order, including after payment, for suspected fraud or a pricing or listing error; in that case the amount charged is refunded.
5. One purchase per account
Each product can be bought once per account. Once you own a product, download it again at any time from your account instead of buying it again.
6. Your license
Buying a product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own Minecraft servers and projects, including servers that make money (for example by selling ranks or crates). You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload or share the files, include them in another pack or product, or claim them as your own work. All intellectual property in the assets stays with us or with the partner brand that created them.
7. Updates
Updates are free. Your download always gives you the latest version of the files we publish for that product. We may update files to fix problems or keep them working, but we do not promise support for every future Minecraft or plugin version.
8. Refunds
A refund is available only for a product you have not downloaded, and only within the refund window of the payment method you used. Once any file of a product has been downloaded, that purchase is final; if a file is defective, we will fix it or provide a replacement. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
9. Refunds, chargebacks and access
If a payment is refunded or reversed through the payment provider (including a chargeback), your access to the products in that order is removed automatically. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; we can usually resolve a genuine problem faster. We may suspend accounts used for fraud.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the store to commit fraud, try to get around purchase or download checks, upload malicious files, or disrupt the site. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
11. Availability and changes
We may add, remove or change products, prices and features at any time. Removing a product from sale does not take away a product you already own.
12. Liability
The store and its products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using a purchased asset, for example problems on your server caused by other plugins or configuration. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
